My son absolutely loves his new battery powered Can Am ‘Monster Truck’. The website was easy to navigate and CS was great to deal with before and after the sale!
I’m trying to find a wheel for my grandson‘s electric go kart. I emailed DTI… Corresponded with someone three times wanting to know the size of the wheel. I think he finally got tired of me and told me it was no longer available. I took a chance and ordered it… It was available… And they sent me the wrong wheel. I emailed them today to find out what I need to do to return it. Time will tell.
There was a problem with the shipper, and the company kept me updated and kept in contact the entire time to keep my worries at Bay. My item arrived in time for Christmas and I'm super happy with it thank you all for your patience with me

I received a broken product and was told all I could do was return it after they initially offered to give me money back. The 100 lbs. box doesn't fit into my car!!! Terrible place to do business with. The product itself is also very poor quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I did purchase this 19 days ago and I still have not received it, getting any help has been a joke, basically call FedEx and figure it out myself, I don’t own it until I receive it. Monday I will be looking for a full refund or have American Express cancel payment for failure to deliver.

I submitted an order in October and was contacted November 20 that it was being shipped and they would send confirmation. It’s December 8 and can’t even get them on the phone. Sad
I bought the 36V Freddo E-Chopper for my son, and he absolutely loves it! The design is sleek and stylish, making him the coolest kid in the neighborhood. It's easy to control, and the battery life is impressive. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it took a bit longer to assemble than expected. Overall, a fantastic product!
